Medsea Estates intends to fuel future progress through a combination of organic growth and, where appropriate, acquisitions and partnerships which will develop its position in Spain and expand its business in Italy, Portugal, Turkey and Bulgaria.
Strategic Alliances
Since its AIM flotation, the Group has established a number of strategic alliances and partnerships. These include:
Saga - the UK’s leading supplier of goods and services to the over 50s. Saga has made Medsea their key provider of overseas homes for its customers. Properties offered are to be featured on a new Saga Overseas Homes website accessible from the main Saga website.
Bella Calabria SRL - Medsea now has exclusive rights to hundreds of low-price beachfront properties in Calabria in southern Italy. Medsea also has exclusive rights to market an additional cliff-top development adjacent to a top ranking golf course currently under construction a short distance inland.
Headlands International - a marketing arrangement with this leading overseas property developer and real estate agent provides Medsea with a significant presence in Turkey, Portugal and Cyprus. Headlands are also marketing the investment and holiday homes offered through Euro Med.
Barca & Boom Real Estate - this Netherlands based company has signed an agreement to market Medsea’s properties exclusively in Germany, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
H2O Homes Overseas - an agreement with this, the Spanish arm of Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agency group, puts Medsea in touch with hundreds more UK agents. Countrywide are able to offer thousands of UK customers a home in Spain through Medsea.
NHS Trust - Medsea has been selected as the only company in the sector authorised to appear on the NHS Trusts’ renowned intranet directories. Medsea now has exclusive access to over 125,000 healthcare professionals through the 123 NHS Trusts currently using these directories. |
