AIM Investments Plc (formerly quoted as “Medsea Estates Group Plc”) is an investment company, which plans to specialise in assisting profitable small to medium-sized enterprises in emerging BRIC economies (Brazil and other countries of Latin America; Russia and other Balltic states; India; and China and the Far East) to be admitted to trading on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange.
The Company has to make an acquisition or acquisitions which may constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 or otherwise implement its investment strategy by 30 April 2010, failing which the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM.
